There isn’t really a standard for it. Some people like posting a handful of times in a day, others like to slam through 6 blog pages. Some people like their dashboards slow, other’s like them jam packed with content rolling at lightspeed. You can’t please everyone, so it’s best to just do what you feel is right. (:
